Race Information

We’re busy getting everything ready for the race and have included important information for runners below…….

Parking, race registration and toilets are in the grounds of Acorn Bank.

Parking will be coordinated by parking marshals so please follow their instructions and please do not park on the race route! There is a suggested donation of £5 per car for parking which includes entry on the day to the Acorn Bank estate, gardens and house. This is suggested for both NT members and non-members as the charge is connected to the event. All parking proceeds will go to Acorn Bank (National Trust) to help look after this special place for now and future generations. The National Trust is a registered charity number 205846.

You can pick up race numbers at registration from 8am and no later than 9.30am when registration closes.

Race safety briefing will take place at 9.55am before the race start.

Under UKA rules wearing headphones, or a similar device, is not permitted. Race rules do not permit running with dogs.

If you’ve already entered and things have changed so you’re no longer able to take part, and you know someone who can take your place, you can transfer places yourself via the SiEntries online entry system. You must do this by Friday 13th September.
